The successful candidate will provide advanced physical therapy services to patients across inpatient, outpatient and home-care settings, delivering complex therapeutic interventions to restore movement, improve physical function, manage pain and prevent disability. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced and complex physical therapy interventions to patients with a wide range of illnesses, impairments and disabilities. • Assess, plan and deliver patient-centred rehabilitation programmes. • Support and mentor junior and fellow clinical staff, helping develop clinical reasoning and critical-thinking skills. • Identify staff development and training needs within the clinical area. • Evaluate physical therapy equipment, supplies and resources and provide recommendations to management. • Maintain high standards of patient care, safety and professional practice.
