## Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join our contracting and construction company on a remote-work basis. The candidate will prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings to support site execution and approvals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.

• Minimum 2–4 years of drafting experience in construction projects.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is preferred.

• Good understanding of architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

• Knowledge of drawing standards and submittal procedures.

• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings for civil, architectural and finishing works.

• Prepare coordination drawings and assist in resolving clashes between disciplines.

• Update drawings according to consbultant comments and site changes.

• Prepare as-built drawings for handover.

• Develop and maintain BIM models where required.

• Maintain an organized drawing register in coordination with document control.
