We're Hiring: OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are partnering with a leading consulting firm seeking an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant to support an ongoing project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Details:

• Position: OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Work Setup: Onsite

• Project Duration: Initial 9-month contract (potential extension)

• Experience: 4–8 years

• Industry: Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and assessment of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity compliance in alignment with Saudi Arabia's National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) OT Cybersecurity Controls (OTCC).

• Conduct OT cybersecurity compliance assessments, gap analyses, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and compliance documentation aligned with NCA OTCC requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation measures.

• Support cybersecurity audits, regulatory assessments, and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT security, governance, risk, and compliance.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience implementing, assessing, or ensuring compliance with NCA OTCC.

• Good understanding of OT/ICS environments, industrial control systems, and associated cybersecurity risks.

• Experience conducting compliance assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning.

• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

• Consulting experience is an advantage.
