## Description

Property Associate – Off-Plan & Secondary

Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Associates to join our growing real estate team, specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.

Whether you have previous Dubai real estate experience or come from a strong sales, business development, finance, hospitality, luxury or client-facing background, we want to hear from you.

The Role

• Generate and develop new client relationships and business opportunities.

• Advise local and international clients on suitable property investments.

• Manage the full sales process, from lead generation through to closing.

• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.

• Build and maintain a strong personal network and client portfolio.

• Stay informed on Dubai's property market, communities, developers and new launches.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Resilience and the ability to work independently.
