## Description

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Required: 5+ years in automotive workshop management

We are looking for a dynamic, independent Workshop Manager to completely run and manage our automobile workshop in Kuwait. Ideal candidate should have strong technical background, sharp leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee and manage all daily workshop activities independently to ensure smooth workflows and maximum productivity.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks to mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

• Quality Control: Inspect diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work to ensure they meet high-quality standards and safety regulations.

• Customer Relations: Greet clients, diagnose vehicle issues, provide accurate repair estimates, and handle customer feedback professionally.

• Inventory & Procurement: Manage spare parts inventory, source components, and coordinate with local suppliers in Kuwait.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of jobs completed, team performance, invoices, and workshop expenses.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in an automotive workshop, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge of diverse vehicle makes and models.

• Other Skills : Converse in English & Arabic. Should be computer literate

• Visa & License: Candidates should have a transferable visa (Article 18) & Kuwait driving license.

• Skills: computer literate, should have MS office skills especially in word and excel.
