Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista for Specialty Tea and Coffee role based in Shuwaikh. The barista will prepare and serve a variety of specialty teas and coffees, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee and tea brewing equipment, handling food preparation for accompanying items, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The role involves welcoming customers, taking orders, answering product questions, and providing courteous, efficient service. The barista will also manage inventory for tea, coffee, and related supplies, follow safety and food-handling procedures, and support opening and closing duties as needed.
