Role Description The Site Engineer (Aluminium Industry) role at ARKI GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising aluminium-related works on interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, civil and structural engineers, and site teams, reviewing technical drawings, and overseeing installation of aluminium systems such as façades, partitions, doors, and windows. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring progress against project timelines, resolving technical issues, and providing clear documentation and reports. The Site Engineer also liaises with suppliers and subcontractors, supports procurement of materials, and contributes to continuous improvement in site processes and quality control.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision and site management skills, with experience coordinating daily activities and resolving operational issues at construction or fit-out sites.

• Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, report site progress, and interact with clients and suppliers.

• Candidates should possess robust quality control skills, including inspection of aluminium installations, adherence to standards, and documentation of non-conformities and corrective actions.

• Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering knowledge, ideally with experience in aluminium systems, façades, or interior fit-out projects.

• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations; and proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) are beneficial.

• Additional beneficial skills include strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, knowledge of aluminium fabrication and installation methods, and prior experience in the aluminium or interior fit-out industry.
