Role Overview & Objective:

Tanmiah is offering a Tamheer Training Opportunity for ambitious Saudi graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources (HR). This program is designed to provide hands-on experience across key HR functions while developing the professional and technical skills needed to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Coordinate with different departments to support HR initiatives and projects.

• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.

• Support HR reporting and documentation as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of English and Arabic.

Required Qualifications:

• Saudi.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Eligible for the Tamheer Program. (Mandatory)

• Fresh graduate or with limited work experience.
