## Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a focus on Mandarin, German, or Spanish-speaking clients. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property viewings, client consultations, and closing transactions for residential and commercial real estate. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market, advising clients on pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities, and preparing and reviewing contracts and other documentation in coordination with internal teams and external partners. The role involves building long-term client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets. The Real Estate Agent will also support marketing activities, such as listing properties, participating in promotional events, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and strong understanding of Real Property principles and regulations.

• Proven experience in Real Estate sales, including property listing, negotiation, and deal closing.

• Demonstrated Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, German, or Spanish, in addition to strong English communication skills.

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and local legal and regulatory frameworks is highly beneficial.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

• Comfort with digital tools, CRM software, and online property marketing platforms.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, maintain a professional appearance, and attend client meetings and property viewings as required.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
