We are looking for a System Administrator to support the day-to-day operation, availability, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Role Summary

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting servers, operating systems, user accounts, storage, and core network services, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and available to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers and operating systems

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

• Support Windows/Linux environments** as applicable.

• Manage storage, file systems, and shared resources.

• Configure and maintain core network services such as DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.

• Monitor system health, availability, and performance.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system-related incidents.

• Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.

• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity activities.

• Maintain system documentation and technical procedures.

• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, network, security, and support teams.

• Ensure systems comply with internal IT security and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure.

• Good knowledge of server administration and operating systems.

• Understanding of user account and access management.

• Familiarity with storage and network services.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
