## Description

Position: Financial Director

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial

A leading manufacturing and industrial organization is seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead the Finance and Accounting function across local and international entities.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong finance professional with solid experience in financial strategy, budgeting, capital structure, cash flow management, investment and asset management, regulatory compliance, and business partnering with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the organization’s financial strategy, financial plans, and long-term financial direction.

• Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insights to support future business growth.

• Manage capital requests, budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and annual budget preparation with division heads.

• Oversee the company’s capital structure, funding requirements, credit facilities, and cash flow position.

• Evaluate existing business performance and assess potential projects, investments, and business opportunities.

• Direct and oversee all Finance and Accounting activities across the organization.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, CFO, or senior finance leader.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, production, or large operating organizations is highly preferred.

• Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• CPA, SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

• Experience in ERP / financial systems is highly desirable.
