Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage official visits, meetings, and corporate engagements.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.

• Prepare, analyze, and present reports and performance dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visits and public relations activities.

• Support public relations initiatives and contribute to maintaining a professional corporate image.

• Ensure all visits and related activities are organized efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in public relations.

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including report preparation and data visualization.

• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
