## Description

Role Description The Lawyer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The lawyer will provide legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to entity setup, investment licensing, governance, compliance, and labor law in Saudi Arabia. Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, and conducting legal research on applicable laws and regulations. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, advising on legal risks, supporting negotiations, and coordinating with regulatory authorities when required. The lawyer will also assist in maintaining accurate case files, collaborating with colleagues on complex matters, and contributing to internal knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial, corporate, investment,=, and labor laws, with experience advising

• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal opinions, and other professional legal documentation with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and interpretation of statutes, regulations, and case law to support sound legal recommendations.

• Effective client-facing skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex legal issues in practical terms.

• High level of professional integrity, discretion, and ethical judgment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and adapt to evolving client and regulatory needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to practice law in Saudi Arabia is required.

• Fluency in English is strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department in Saudi Arabia is an advantage,
