## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to support order processing, customer communication, ERP transactions, and coordination across internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in ERP.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Shipping teams.

• Verify order confirmations and maintain order trackers.

• Prepare and send proforma invoices and follow up on payments.

• Handle customer queries and provide order / payment status updates.

• Maintain CRM records and supporting documentation.

• Support shipping and order-related documentation.

• Assist with general administrative tasks, including petty cash where required.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Order Management.

• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, or similar.

• Good Excel skills – mandatory.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail.

• Understanding of PO, SO, invoices, order confirmation, and shipping processes.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
