Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

⁠Attractive commission structure: 1.5% commission for broker sales

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and result driven professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and solid connections with agencies and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner agencies across Dubai.

•⁠ ⁠Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct property presentations, meetings, and client follow-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to convert leads into successful deals.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market experience is essential).

•⁠ ⁠Strong network of agents and agencies in the Dubai market.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
