## Description

Main Job Purpose

Drive new business by acquiring corporate clients and closing Recruitment, Headhunting, Executive Search, and Workforce Outsourcing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities.

• Build relationships with HR, Procurement, and C-level decision-makers.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and handle RFPs/RFQs.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Saudi market.

• Proven B2B sales experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, Staffing, or Workforce Outsourcing.

• Strong existing network of corporate decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and closing contracts.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Fluent Arabic and English.

• This is a sales-focused role. Candidates with only HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment delivery experience will not be considered.
