## Description

The company plays a pivotal role in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor Governance & Risk KPIs and performance against defined targets.

• Follow up on governance and risk-related initiatives, action plans, and assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Support the preparation and consolidation of Governance & Risk reports, dashboards, and management updates.

• Monitor action items and recommendations and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure closure within agreed timelines.

• Maintain and update governance and risk records, trackers, and related documentation.

• Analyze performance data and provide insights on progress, gaps, and overdue actions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Support the Governance & Risk team in planning, follow-up activities, and preparation of presentations for management.

Requirements:

• Diploma degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or any related field.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in GRC, performance monitoring, reporting, or business follow-up.
