## Description

Job Title: Operations Support Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duration: Full-Time

Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and continuous operation of systems.

• Provide operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Perform Windows Server and Client installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Review application and system logs to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.

• Work in a live operational environment where system uptime and reliability are business critical.

Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)

• Windows Client Operating Systems

• Experience with:

• Windows Event Viewer

• Application log analysis and troubleshooting

• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience involving:

• PCs

• Servers

• Storage devices

• Power supplies

• Biometric devices

• Scanning equipment

• Basic networking knowledge:

• TCP/IP

• LAN/WAN

• DNS

• DHCP

• Familiarity with Active Directory administration.

• Experience using:

• Remote Desktop tools

• Incident management/ticketing systems

• Monitoring dashboards

Preferred Skills

• MS SQL Server knowledge (basic queries and troubleshooting).

• ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management exposure.

• PowerShell or Batch Scripting experience.

Experience supporting:

• Airport systems

• Border control systems

• Immigration systems

• Self-service kiosks

• Automated gate solutions

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Electronics

• Related disciplines

• 1-3 years of experience in:

• IT Operations

• Technical Support

• System Administration

• Infrastructure Support

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA A+

• CompTIA Network+

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration

• MCSA / MCSE
