## Description

We’re Hiring: HSE Officer | (Site-Based)

What you’ll do

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices at the exploration site and camp

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSA) for field activities, including trenching, drilling, and sampling

• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees and contractors

• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions

• Manage permit-to-work, PPE compliance, and emergency response readiness, including first aid and evacuation plans

• Monitor vehicle and journey management for remote desert operations

• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and environmental standards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain HSE records and statistics

What we’re looking for.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of HSE experience, preferably in mining, exploration, oil and gas, or construction

• Recognized HSE certification such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH

• Experience working in remote sites and camp environments

• Valid first aid certification

• Valid Saudi driving license

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Willingness to work on a rotation schedule at the site
