## Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical support with strong hands-on experience in computer hardware maintenance, peripheral support, and network cabling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop and laptop computers.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related technical issues.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for end-user IT equipment.

• Install and maintain network cabling and internal network points.

• Support the setup and connectivity of workstations and network devices.

• Replace and configure hardware components when required.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical issues.

• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve escalated technical problems.

• Provide on-site technical support across assigned locations when required.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, technical procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT technical support and computer maintenance.

• Proven experience maintaining:

• Desktop computers

• Laptops

• Printers

• Scanners

• IT peripherals

• Hands-on experience with network cabling and installation of internal network points.

• Good proficiency in the English language.

• Physically capable of performing field-based and technical maintenance activities.

• Valid driver’s license authorized for use in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide support across different locations when required.

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA A+

• CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate

• MCSA – Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate

• Equivalent recognized technical certifications are also considered.
