## Description

Manager, Business Development: Air Platforms & Systems

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in air platforms and related systems. This is a revenue-focused role for someone who understands how air programmes are shaped, funded and won in the UAE and wider region.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute business development strategies for air platforms, mission systems and related capabilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities with armed forces and security customers

• Lead opportunity shaping, customer engagement and capture planning

• Support partnerships, teaming arrangements, proposals and negotiations

• Track the competitive landscape and report market intelligence

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 5+ years’ experience in defence or aerospace business development, sales, capture or programme management

• Knowledge of air platforms, aerospace systems or mission systems

• A proven track record in opportunity capture and customer relationship building

• Understanding of UAE defence procurement and experience with MoD end-users is highly valued

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
