## Description

Artas Real Estate is looking for driven and results-oriented sales professionals with solid experience in real estate sales. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in closing deals, managing clients effectively, and consistently achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for handling both off-plan sales (Wafi) and ready units, while delivering a professional and seamless client experience from first contact to closing.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

1- Saudi National

2- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales

3- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets

4- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

5- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions

6- High level of commitment, discipline, and adaptability

7- Professional presence and confidence when dealing with clients

8- Ability to prepare mortgage/financing calculations

9- Good knowledge of CRM systems
