## Description

Job Purpose:

Lead the development of CBG Risk Performance strategy using advanced analytics, reporting, predictive modeling, and data science solutions to support collections and recoveries, improve portfolio performance including onboarding, underwriting, collections to ensure maximized recovery outcomes and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Manage delivery of modeling, data analytics & reporting

• Improve collections recovery rates and cure rates through analytics-driven strategies.

• Identify and execute data analytics projects, statistical models, generation, and maintenance of reliable portfolio analysis tools viz. self-service cubes / dashboards / DMRs to successfully execute collections strategy

• Performing complex analytics and statistical modelling on large data sets to inform collections business, Risk, CLD & product credit product teams

• Design analytics road maps that respond to CBG Credit Portfolio Risk Management short & long term strategic direction

• Help Head of Collections / Head of BPM in prioritization of the projects / requests, with ability to negotiate on competing priorities in the businesses, review / value addition of team’s delivery.

• Develop Early warning and delinquency prediction models leading to the improvement of initial onboarding/underwriting

• Lead the design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of predictive models to optimize collections performance and recoveries, holistic credit dashboards, next gen UW scorecards, enablement of risk optimized pricing and limits

• Monitor model performance and ensure model governance compliance. Deliver measurable financial impact through collections strategy optimization

Human Capital:

• Acquire, develop, coach and retain strong experts and build team capability, that can propel the collection analytics vision forward

• Build and nurture strong relationship with senior stakeholders across the bank.

Strategic leadership:

• Support Head of BPM / Collections, setting vision, culture and maintaining data driven decision making as a practice; management of long / short term analytical strategy, needs and opportunities

Overall Project Management:

• Provide project management expertise and support to business sponsors

• Leadership / Supervisory to provide guidance / review of the analysis

• Secure and maintain relationships with interdependent project/business area management

• Establish & manage appropriate project risk, opportunities, change and issues procedures

• Define detailed analytical scope, methodology & creating analytics plan

Requisition of Necessary Tools & Technology

• With the help of data management, share the requirement of necessary tools / technology / infrastructure for analytics delivery, focused on data acquisition, data quality, and automation.

Facilitate data acquisition / data quality with the help of data management and other unit heads

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Econometrics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / MIS / Business Administration

• 10+ years of analytics experience, with min 3 years of experience in people management Experience in Collections sector is preferred
