## Description

Al Maseela Pharmaceutical Company W.L.L. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and develop relationships with pharmacies and cooperative societies across Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have relevant pharmaceutical sales experience, strong knowledge of the local market, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with pharmacies and cooperative societies across Kuwait.

• Promote and sell the company’s products to existing and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, outstanding payments, and collections.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Maintain regular customer visits and provide professional customer service.

• Monitor market activity and competitor products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or pharmacy sales.

• Good knowledge of Kuwait’s regions, pharmacies, and cooperative societies.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and follow up on collections.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and personal vehicle.

• Transferable residency in Kuwait.
