About Us

Qamat Al Tameer is a Saudi construction company delivering integrated construction solutions across structural, architectural, and electromechanical works, with a strong focus on quality, professional execution, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily execution of architectural works (blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, cladding, and finishes) in line with approved drawings and specifications.

• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and approved mock-ups.

• Coordinate with MEP, structural, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integrated execution.

• Raise and follow up on inspection requests, close consultant comments and NCRs, and manage snagging and handover.

• Prepare progress reports, quantify executed works, and ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 7+ years of professional experience in the execution and supervision of architectural works on building construction projects.

• Strong experience in coordinating with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors.

• Proven track record in site follow-up, quality control, inspections, snagging, and handovers.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and construction quality procedures (ITPs, WIR/MIR).

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
