Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

🏗️ Industry: Construction / Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for large-scale construction and engineering projects across KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment strategy and manage the talent acquisition team.

• Drive high-volume and senior-level recruitment for construction, engineering, and project management roles.

• Oversee manpower planning, project mobilization, and workforce forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and Saudi labor regulations.

• Manage recruitment budgets, agencies, and stakeholder relationships.

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely fulfilment of project manpower requirements.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.

• Strong knowledge of the KSA labor market, Saudization, and Qiwa processes.

• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and workforce planning skills.
