Role Description
This full-time Project Manager role is an on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expediting activities, supervising inspections, and organizing logistics to support efficient project progress. The role involves monitoring project risks and issues, preparing regular status reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations and development frameworks in Riyadh. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement in processes and contribute to the high-quality, enduring developments that define AbrakRax.
Qualifications

• Project Management: Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Local Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development within Riyadh, demonstrating deep familiarity with local market practices, municipality procedures, statutory requirements, and authority approvals.

• Wafi Compliance (Huge Plus): Direct experience working with Wafi (Off-Plan Sales and Rent Program) regulations, licensing, escrow accounts, or compliance processes is strongly preferred and considered a major advantage.

• Expediting & Supply Chain: Skilled in expeditor and expediting functions, including managing material orders, follow-ups, vendor management, and timely deliveries to project sites.

• Quality & Inspection: Strong inspection skills with the ability to oversee quality checks, verify compliance with project specifications, and resolve technical on-site issues.

• Logistics Management: Proficient in organizing transport, site supply chains, and on-site storage for materials and equipment.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with a proven track record in high-end or landmark developments.

• Communication & Languages: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
