Over four generations, the company has evolved from handcrafted formulas to producing timeless perfumes while maintaining strong ethical values and craftsmanship.

Role Description

The Visual Designer role at Junaid Perfumes is a full-time, on-site position. The Visual Designer will create and refine visual concepts for brand campaigns, product packaging, in-store materials, and digital assets that reflect Junaid’s heritage and contemporary identity. Responsibilities include designing graphics for print and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with marketing, product, and retail teams to support promotional initiatives. The role involves translating brand strategy into compelling visual narratives, preparing design files for production, and iterating based on feedback from stakeholders. The Visual Designer will also stay updated on design trends and best practices relevant to luxury, fragrance, and retail industries.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality, brand-aligned work.

• Preference will be given to Bahrain Polytechnic graduates in Visual Design

• Experience in Branding and Graphics, including developing visual identities and maintaining consistent brand guidelines.

• Proficiency in Web Design and digital asset creation for websites, social media, and online campaigns.

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and knowledge of print and digital production processes.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in luxury, fashion, or fragrance branding; prior experience in retail or FMCG design is an advantage.

• Professional communication skills in English and Arabic language.
