## Description

Oversee procurement processes and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services essential for our construction projects. The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in maintaining strong supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing strategies, and maximizing value for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, project requirements, and budgetary constraints.

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery timelines.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and supplier performance evaluation.

• Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost savings initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.

• 25+ year experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.

• Excellent analytical skills to assess supplier capabilities, market trends, and pricing dynamics.

• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
