## Description

Meriland International is hiring: Marketing Specialist (Kuwait)

For 22 years we've been equipping the kitchens behind Kuwait's restaurants and hotels — international equipment agencies, our own stainless steel factory, and an after-sales service team.

We are building our marketing function from zero. We're looking for the first person to own it.

What this role actually is:

This is B2B industrial marketing, not consumer or lifestyle marketing. Your audience is restaurant owners, F&B chain operators, hotel procurement managers, and kitchen consultants. Your job is to make them know us before our sales rep knocks on their door — and to make the phone ring.

What you'll do:

Build our digital presence from scratch: content, ads, website, product catalogue

Plan and direct photo and video shoots of our installed kitchens, factory, and equipment — briefing external photographers and producers, and turning the output into work the market can see

Run Google Search and Instagram campaigns on a lean budget, and report what each dinar produced

Deliver 30 qualified leads per month to the sales team, with full project details

Manage our presence at trade exhibitions in Kuwait and the Gulf

What we're looking for:

3–5 years in B2B marketing — equipment, F&B supply, construction materials, or industrial sectors preferred

Able to brief and manage external creative suppliers (photographers, designers, web developers) and hold them to a deadline and a budget

You run and read your own ad numbers: cost per lead, conversion, source

Comfortable on a factory floor and in a hotel procurement meeting

Arabic and English, written and spoken · Based in Kuwait
