## Description

Artas Real Estate is looking for an Accountant to ensure accurate accounting, prepare financial reports, and support the company’s operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries and bank reconciliations.

• Handle monthly and annual closing and prepare financial reports and statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, collections, and payments.

• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing budgets.

• Review project costs and payment certificates against contracts.

• Prepare tax returns and follow up on ZATCA requirements.

• Coordinate with the external auditor and improve accounting procedures and controls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.

• Good knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia.

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience in real estate and relevant professional certifications are a plus.

• Monthly salary of SAR 4,000–5,000.
