## Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Finance Officer on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, located in Industrial Area 2, Riyadh. The role involves managing daily accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and supporting reporting and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices, experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in the accounting system.

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding balances.

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and ensure accuracy in records.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze variances.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations (e.g., VAT, Zakat) and support audit processes.

• Organize and maintain all financial documents and accounting files.

• Assist with internal control implementation and financial reporting accuracy.

• Provide day-to-day support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracal, or ERP systems).

• Strong command of English (spoken and written).

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
