## Description

• Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation :

Required Technical Skill Set**

· End-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll, EPM and Primavera P6/Unifier for multi-entity, multi-geography landscapes.

· Overall solution blueprint, target application & data architecture, integration architecture (HLD/LLD) and PaaS extension strategy (VBCS, OIC, APEX).

· RICE-W governance – Reports (OTBI/BIP/OAC/FRS), Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows – with quarterly-update impact assessment and customization caps.

· SaaS vs PaaS decisioning, Fit-Gap categorization (standard config / Page Composer personalization / PaaS extension / process change), and Sandbox / FSM configuration migration governance.

· Integrations with Microsoft Entra ID (SSO SAML 2.0 / OIDC, SCIM provisioning), Azure, bank portals, ITSM, planning & engineering systems and legacy / custom .NET apps.

· Security & controls architecture – role design, RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD) via Oracle Risk Management Cloud, data encryption (KMS), Cloud Guard, VAPT/SAST readiness.

· Environment strategy – test instance planning, P2T/T2P refresh, data masking, DR (RTO/RPO) design and cutover technical readiness.

· Data migration architecture using FBDI / ADFdi / REST-SOAP APIs, reconciliation and open-transaction strategies.

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

· 12–15 years in enterprise ERP with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture across at least 3 end-to-end implementations.

· Currently valid Oracle Cloud Solution Architect Professional (or equivalent) certification.

· Deep cross-pillar architecture across Finance, SCM, HCM/Payroll and EPM/Primavera, with proven integration & PaaS extension design (OIC, VBCS, APEX).

· Strong security-by-design credentials – role/RBAC design, SoD (Oracle RMC), Entra ID federation (SSO/SCIM), encryption and cloud security.

· EPCI / Oil & Gas / Capital-Project domain understanding of asset-intensive, project-centric processes; GCC delivery experience preferred.

Good-to-Have

· Reporting & analytics architecture across OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and FRS; reports rationalization from legacy EBS.

· AI enablement on Oracle (Fusion delivered AI, Generative AI Service / OCI GenAI) with data-residency compliance (UAE/KSA PDPL, India DPDP).

· DR / BCP architecture, performance & load engineering, and Oracle quarterly-update regression strategy.
