## Description

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior management with scheduling, communication, meetings, travel coordination, and confidential administrative tasks.

Salary: AED 7,500 all-inclusive, negotiable

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule

- Prepare agendas, MOMs, and follow-up actions

- Handle CEO emails and priority correspondence

- Coordinate vendor and international supplier visits

- Assist with management travel arrangements

- Review documents and coordinate approvals/signatures

- Support smooth functioning of the CEO office

- Coordinate with Regional Managers and senior management

- Collect reports required by the CEO & Maintain strict confidentiality

Requirements

- Experience in Executive Assistance, CEO Office, or Administration

- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

- Good knowledge of calendar, email, meeting, and documentation management

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

- Must be available for immediate joining
