## Description

About the Role

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is hiring a Senior Storage Engineer (L2/L3) at a client site in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise storage infrastructure within a data center environment. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and reliability of storage systems while providing advanced technical support and leading complex incident resolution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise storage platforms, including SAN, NAS, and unified storage systems

• Perform advanced (L2/L3) troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage-related incidents, performance issues, and hardware/software faults

• Configure, provision, and optimize storage resources, including LUNs, volumes, file systems, snapshots, replication, and storage pools

• Administer and support Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and storage network infrastructure

• Ensure storage availability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive health monitoring

• Implement and manage backup, recovery, replication, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions

• Execute firmware upgrades, software patches, hardware refreshes, and storage migrations with minimal service disruption

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise storage and data center infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Willing to relocate to the client site in Saudi Arabia within 2 months

• Standard shifts with 24x7 on-call rotation
