## Description

Position Title: Project Manager – Aviation & Complex Construction

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Contract | 1 Year Duration

Target Candidate Location: Currently residing and working in the UAE (preferably Dubai or Northern Emirates)

Company & Project Overview

Our client is an international main contractor specializing in high-end, technically demanding airport and aviation construction packages worldwide. Our scope includes VIP airport terminals, executive aviation facilities, private and commercial aircraft hangars, landscaping, external works, and specialized civil infrastructure.

They are currently delivering a major construction project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. To support this delivery and build a robust local leadership team, we are engaging recruitment partners and accepting direct applications for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who is already established in the UAE.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of on-site project execution, schedule delivery, and commercial parameters.

• Lead cross-functional teams and subcontractor packages within an international project delivery framework.

• Maintain strict standards regarding technical quality, contract compliance, safety, and client reporting.

• Drive fast-track construction activities while managing risks and project resources effectively.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of relevant construction management experience.

• Current Location: Currently living and working within the UAE.

• Mobility: Fully prepared and willing to relocate or commute to Ras Al Khaimah according to project requirements.

• Track Record: Proven experience leading major construction projects with reputable contractors, developers, or consultancies.

• Commercial & Career Stability: Demonstrated career stability, steady professional progression, and strong commercial acumen.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

• Availability: Able to join within a standard notice period.

Preferred Sector Experience

Priority consideration will be given to candidates with background in:

• Airport and aviation projects (VIP terminals, hangars, and airfield infrastructure)

• Large-scale civil infrastructure

• High-end commercial developments

• Industrial and specialist building packages

• Complex, technically demanding, or fast-track delivery environments
