## Description

eMagine Solutions is growing, and we’re hiring a true 360 Recruitment Consultant who can win business and deliver. This is a full desk role: you’ll build client relationships, take ownership of roles end-to-end, and close placements. You’ll be joining a team of high performers who consistently exceed targets, with strong support and high communication standards as we continue to expand.

What you’ll be doing (full 360: BD + delivery)

• Business development: identify, approach and win new clients through outreach, networking, referrals and meetings

• Account management: grow existing accounts, deepen relationships, and spot repeat and upsell opportunities

• Delivery: source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates quickly and accurately

• Process ownership: manage interviews, feedback loops, offers, counteroffers and closing

• Market advisory: guide clients on salary benchmarks, availability, timelines and hiring strategy

• Desk discipline: maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and accurate forecasting
