## Description

We are hiring a Construction Manager to plan, manage, and oversee construction activities from project mobilization through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved drawings, quality standards, and client requirements.

UAE – Offshore Assignment - 5 months offshore work / 1 month paid leave

Salary: AED 18,000–25,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project development from beginning to end.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Manage project planning, scope changes, risks, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate stakeholders, teams, contractors, and project personnel.

• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.

• Prepare progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.

Requirements

• Offshore and ADNOC experience is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong project and construction management experience.

• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera/Project Management tools, Risk Management & Internal Controls.

• PMP certification preferred/required.
