## Description

Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 23,000 per month

Kingston Stanley is partnering with a British university in Dubai to recruit a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager.

Reporting to the Founding Director & CEO, you will lead quality assurance, accreditation, regulatory compliance and institutional effectiveness, collaborating with academic and professional services teams in Dubai and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CAA accreditation, institutional licensure, self-study reports and external review preparation.

• Ensure compliance with CAA, OBEF, KHDA and MoHESR requirements.

• Coordinate HEDB/HEDS submissions and other regulatory reporting.

• Develop quality assurance frameworks, institutional KPIs and performance dashboards.

• Support learning outcome assessment, benchmarking and continuous improvement.

• Manage relationships with regulators, senior leadership and UK home-campus colleagues.

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience within UAE higher education.

• Hands-on experience with CAA accreditation, self-study preparation and regulatory reporting.

• Strong knowledge of outcome-based education, learning outcome assessment and institutional effectiveness.

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading teams or cross-functional workstreams.

• A relevant bachelor’s degree.

Familiarity with UK higher education frameworks and international branch-campus operations is highly desirable.
