## Description

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of prestigious ultra-luxury residential developments. This role is ideal for a highly driven construction professional with a strong engineering background and proven experience managing high-end villa projects for discerning clients.

This is a full-time, site-based role requiring exceptional project leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to oversee projects from inception through handover while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 8-12 years of project management experience within luxury residential, high-end villa, or premium hospitality developments.

• Proven experience managing high-end fit-out projects, luxury villas, private residences, or premium hospitality developments.

• Strong site-based project management and construction execution experience.

• Solid technical and engineering background with the ability to review drawings and specifications.

• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to work with high-profile clients and demanding project environments.

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Full-time site-based role.

Preferred Background

• Experience with luxury villa developers, high-end design-and-build contractors, or premium residential construction firms.

• Exposure to ultra-luxury residential projects, private estates, waterfront villas, or signature residential developments.
