ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – HSE

📍 Location: Qatar

About the Role

We're looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – HSE to lead the design and delivery of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to automate safety processes, manage risk and compliance requirements, and drive enterprise-wide safety initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HSE solutions

• Configure Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Corrective Actions

• Design and improve workflows for incident reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance management

• Develop scalable solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams

• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements

• Support integrations with HSE, HR, IoT, facilities, and enterprise systems

• Improve reporting, analytics, and safety visibility across the organization

• Stay up to date with ServiceNow HSE, Risk & Compliance, and Employee Workflow capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience

• At least 4 years of experience with HSE, Risk, or Compliance solutions

• Strong understanding of HSE operations, incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance

• Experience configuring ServiceNow HSE modules and workflows

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

• Experience leading technical delivery and working with cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Risk & Compliance, or CIS-ESM

• Experience designing enterprise-scale HSE solutions

• Integration experience with EHS, HR, risk, and compliance platforms

• Knowledge of IoT, facility management, and workplace safety technologies

• Experience in large enterprise or government environments
