• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Provide legal opinions and advice to management and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Handle legal disputes, claims, and coordinate with external law firms when necessary.

• Support governance and compliance initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management on potential impacts.

• Contribute to risk management and policy development from a legal perspective.

Qualifications

• Law (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or in a corporate legal department.

• Strong An understanding of Saudi corporate, commercial, and labor laws.

• Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies. Excellent

• analytical, drafting, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
