The Sales Engineer will act as the bridge between our engineering team and customers, delivering tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring successful project implementation within the SHALALAT ELNASIEM (Operation) department. The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication, and a proven track record in industrial equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present technical proposals to clients in the industrial equipment sector.

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.

• Collaborate with engineering to customize solutions based on client requirements.

• Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.

• Provide post‑sale technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, quotations, and reports.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Assist in developing pricing strategies and margin analysis.

• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and networking events.

• Track sales metrics and forecast revenue for the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales for industrial equipment.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

• Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.

• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

• Team player who can work cross‑functionally.

• Valid driver’s license.
