## Description

Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI) to support business decision-making through data analysis, dashboard development, and performance reporting.

The role will focus on transforming complex data into clear insights, building interactive dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting stakeholders with accurate and timely business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualizations and analytical solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.

• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

• Prepare insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or dashboard development.

• Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

• Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, data visualization, and reporting.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
