A total of 11 food and beverage outlets on property offer international dining options including Michelin Guide recommended 2022 and 2023 Little Miss India, Frevo - Brazilian Churrasco experience, Seagrill Bistro, Ba Restaurant and Lounge, Blowfish, Flow Kitchen, The Cigar Room, Vuvuzela and others. Fairmont The Palm also features an expansive pool and beach area with a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai - The Art Of Well Being and the Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club.

Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu

• Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.

• Assist guests with product information and retail sales

• Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers

• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards

• Follow departmental policies and procedures

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor

• Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.

• Clean and tidy the areas when necessary

• To report any equipment malfunctioning.

• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred

• Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa

• Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets

• Book4Time experience mandatory

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
