We're Hiring: Site Engineer / Finishing Foreman - Building Construction Projects (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in building construction Site Engineer / Finishing Foreman with a background in building construction to join our company in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years site experience in building projects preferably in the UAE.

• Competent to deliver high quality finishing works and able to lead, control and manage a group up to 50 workers, direct them to perform assigned task, achieve productivity and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management of the site including supervision and monitoring of the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

• Ensure that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

• Secure a close control on activities performed by manpower to optimize their productivity in quantity and quality.
