## Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team in technical discussions and presentations with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and design customized IT and Security solutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.

• Provide technical training and support to Sales and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as a pre-sales engineer or similar technical sales role.

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
