We're Hiring | Vocal Teacher

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Company: Thomsun Group

Thomsun Music Institute is looking for a passionate and experienced Vocal Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong vocal skills, a genuine passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students of different ages and skill levels.

Responsibilites:

• Conduct one-to-one and group vocal lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.

• Develop lesson plans based on students’ abilities, goals, and learning pace.

• Teach vocal techniques, including breathing, pitch, tone, diction, and vocal control.

• Introduce students to different musical styles and repertoire.

• Prepare students for Trinity, ABRSM, and other recognized music examinations.

• Prepare students for recitals, concerts, competitions, and performances.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Help students develop confidence, stage presence, and musicality.

• Collaborate with other teachers and the Institute team for events and performances.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming learning environment.

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma, or recognized qualification in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of vocal teaching experience in a music school, academy, studio, or similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of vocal techniques and music theory.

• Experience preparing students for Trinity, ABRSM, LCM, or similar examinations is an advantage.

• Ability to teach students from beginner to advanced levels.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, enthusiastic, creative, and student-focused teaching approach.

• Basic piano/keyboard skills are an added advantage.

• Comfortable participating in performances and Institute events.
