🚀 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – UAE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for UAE.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product Analysis.

• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

• Strong expertise in business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmed and complex platforms with multiple integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, multi-squad environments, backlog management, and requirements traceability.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, bridging business, product, and technology teams.

• Banking / Financial Services experience, particularly in digital channels, onboarding, payments, or servicing, is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree required; CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certifications are an advantage.
