## Description

A leading organization is seeking a Procurement Executive to support and optimize supplier management and contract administration activities across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance verification, and supplier data administration.

• Oversee contract administration activities, including contract requests, approvals, execution tracking, amendments, renewals, obligations, and reporting.

• Maintain supplier and contract records, ensuring governance, compliance, and process adherence.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support supplier selection, contract implementation, and supplier performance management activities.

• Develop and enhance procedures, templates, controls, and reporting mechanisms related to supplier and contract management.

• Coordinate governance reviews and support sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.

• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, contract administration, or related fields.

• Strong experience in contract drafting, tender management, and indirect procurement.

• Hands-on experience with e-procurement platforms

• Solid understanding of supplier lifecycle management, contract governance, and Procure-to-Pay processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
